- Fair Usage Policy: The Company reserves the right to manage the network appropriately to maintain service quality standards and to ensure that overall users can use the service efficiently, such as limiting or reducing speed or taking any action in data transmission, using Bit Torrent, sharing the internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any usage that involves continuous high-volume data transmission or affects service usage or causes unfairness, damage to other users, and/or the network or overall service provision of the Company.
- If the user uses international roaming on a network other than those specified in the table above, the system will not function.
- Users must register according to the regulations set by the NBTC and will be able to use the service only upon receiving a confirmation SMS. The system will start charging immediately and will end the service when the usage period specified in the SMS is reached or when the service usage specified for the type of sim is exhausted (whichever comes first).
- This promotion does not include outgoing calls, incoming calls, and messaging services. However, users can still make and receive calls as usual, and charges will be applied according to the standard international roaming rates of each country and network used.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions until the end of the promotional period as per the terms and conditions.
- The service usage period starts from the first connection and is counted in full 24-hour cycles based on actual usage.
- Users must use the promotion within 60 days from the registration and activation of the service along with inserting the sim for use. If the number is not topped up or not used continuously for more than 180 days, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the service.

- Any rights specified for this package cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or other items, nor can they be transferred to other individuals or legal entities.
- If the user commits any of the following actions, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the service contract:
- Violation of contract prohibitions: If the user violates the purpose of the contract, it is considered a violation of the contract prohibitions. The “purpose of the contract” for this contract requires the user to:
- Use the service according to the package for personal communication with honest intentions and in the normal customary manner of an ordinary person, not for profit or any other benefit, and not to use the service commercially or provide it to others.
- Not use, bring into use, modify, or perform any actions in technology, systems, or anything else to connect or relate to the service, including not performing actions that are expected or believed to cause moral violations, damage, or unfairness to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly, or disrupt, inconvenience, or endanger the network, or cause the network’s performance or any part of the network to malfunction. © The user cannot transfer the right to use the service under this contract to another person before the contract period expires unless consent is obtained from the Company.
- Commit actions that are reasonably believed to involve customer fraud or forgery of documents in applying for or accepting the service offer, or fraudulent behavior in using the service or using the service illegally.
- Violation of contract prohibitions: If the user violates the purpose of the contract, it is considered a violation of the contract prohibitions. The “purpose of the contract” for this contract requires the user to:
- The Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel without prior notice if there are regulations, orders, or policies from relevant government agencies that require changes, suspension, or cancellation of the terms of this service, or if such orders increase the operational burden of the Company.

- If users miss the circle of automatically package renewing, user can top up to cover the package price within 30 days after the expiration date. The package will be automatically renewed.
- After this package expired, normal rate of 0.99 Baht/ minute for calls to all networks, 1.99 Baht per 1 MB of internet service and 3 Baht per SMS per receiver, 3 Baht per MMS per receiver will be applied (All rate excluded VAT 7%).
- A new user is subject to the user information registration and the related document must be presented before the new SIM is issued or any special package or supplement package subscription.
- The highest speed of internet depends on service areas and receiver devices.
- This is for normal personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes; for example, use in an internet shop or game shop; resell or sublease for profitable usage; call center form of use or use as a telephone line; or use for high-volume data transfer that might impact other users such as the use of BitTorrent; or use with electronic devices which require always-on high-volume data connection. In the case the company finds out or has an assumption that a user downloads and/or uploads large files or constantly transfers very high volumes of data in such an unusual manner that is unlike what a normal person should do, or a user behaves in such a way that affects the use of service or creates injustice, produces or may produce damage or impact to other users and/or the network or the company’s overall service, the company has the right to manage the network as deemed appropriate in order to maintain its service quality standard and to enable overall users to experience effective performance. The company may change the package or limit the use and speed of mobile internet as appropriate. In this regard, speed may be reduced to be lower than the speed specified in the package.
- A new user is subject to the user information registration and the related document must be presented before the new SIM is issued or any special package or supplement package subscription.
- The maximum speed on 3G/4G/5G technology depends on the coverage area, the number of users, the device, and phone settings which means, in any given usage, the speed may not reach a maximum speed. As well, the movement of the device during the usage may affect the data communication temporarily and the change in data communication technology. The user should read and understand the details in full.
- Under the 3G/4G/5G data communication service usage agreement;
- The user agrees to accept the service condition in which it may amended. It is the responsibility of the user to check the operator website to see if there was a change or make an inquiry to the DTAC center nationwide.
- The operator responsible for authorizing each data communication category in 3G/4G/5G technology for the network performance and facilitate the communication of users in each period. It may affect the connection speed of Bit Torrent or files download and uploaded or any other service that requires continuing data communication.
- The operator reserves the right to manage the data communication traffic and speed or internet connection for fair use and network performance.
- 3G/4G/5G technology service access right depends on the number of users entitled for the subscribed promotion as well as the coverage area of 3G/4G/5G.
- The operator might not support or participate in the use of the supplement internet service that is deemed illegal or violates any of the service agreements. If found or reported, the operator reserves the right to terminate that usage without prior notice.
- The package is considered terminated when the user changes the package or to the postpaid scheme.
- This promotion is under the condition stated by the operator. The company reserves the right to provide or terminate the service if it is found that the user was not registered or uses in a manner that may cause a technical difficulty or affect the service used by other users or use the SIM with devices other than a mobile phone and air card or standard equipment designated by the operator.

- GO Travel SIM (Worldwide) priced at 899 baht (VAT included) offers 6 GB of internet for use abroad with a validity of 15 days.
- GO Travel SIM (Worldwide) priced at 1,599 baht (VAT included) offers 15 GB of internet for use abroad with a validity of 30 days.
- Customer must register SIM card before use. Otherwise, SIM card is not working.
- SIM card can be used in participating countries and compatible networks, not including countries that are not on the list of the package.
- GO Travel SIM will be valid for 60 days after SIM card activation. The duration of Internet usage will be determined by the selected package. (GO Travel eSIM will be immediately activated after payment success. Please land abroad to use roaming package with-in 60 days.)
- The data roaming package validity starts when the internet is first used abroad.
- Package duration is 24-hour based calculation, starting from date and time stated in confirmation SMS (based on Thailand time). Users must use the promotion within 60 days from the registration and activation of the service along with inserting the sim for use. If this period is exceeded, the promotion cannot be subscribed to again, but other available promotions can be subscribed to as usual. If the number is not topped up or not used continuously for more than 180 days, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the service.
- Once the data quota is reached, customers can use the data roaming service at the speed of 128 Kbps until the expiry of service validity is reached.
- Any packages used in Thailand do not include usage while abroad.
- GO Travel SIM (Asia & Australia) priced at 399 baht, GO Travel SIM (Worldwide) priced at 899 baht, and GO Travel SIM (Worldwide) priced at 1,599 baht grant the right to use 2GB of free internet in Thailand for 30 days, starting from the time the sim is first used in Thailand before traveling.
- The customer is prohibited from making profit from packages including Voice over IP (VoIP) service in any illegal cases. If there are evidence of business interests or commercial contact with other parties or access to the Internet that are against the law, social harmony, and social morality, the provider reserves the right to immediately restrain or terminate the service and cancel promotion privileges of the violating phone number.
- The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the service without prior notice. The customer recognizes and agrees on any changes made and announced on the provider’s website or other channels.
- The customer allows the provider to necessarily access and evaluate personal data of the customer saved and stored in the ID smart card and in other forms given by the customer for the sake of telecommunication business, promotion, and others. In addition, the customer agrees that the provider (or the company) to reveal, submit and/or transfer personal data of the customer to other third parties, both local and abroad, for the aforementioned purposes.
